Sleep is one of the best gifts you can give your body.
Getting enough rest has a plethora of decisive advantages and contributes to
better overall health. One of the most complicated aspects of sleep is just
relaxing enough to allow your body to stay still for a while. Turning and
turning or looking at the ceiling is not only frustrating but also a waste of
valuable sleep time. Try this CBD Sleep Tea recipe and give these poor sheep a
break!

Ingredients:

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon of honey

1 cup of milk

1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon of black molasses

1 dropper CBD oil 

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except CBD oil in a saucepan.

Bring to a boil and simmer. Place in a cup and add a CBD oil dropper. Mix all the ingredients in the cup and consume thirty to forty minutes before going to bed.
