0.2 gram of CBD flower
1/3 teaspoon butter
Tea Bag (any flavor)
1 1/2 cups of water
Sugar or honey to taste (optional)
Separate the stems and use a grinder that you can easily find in the shop to chop the CBD flower finely, but not completely powdered.
Mix the CBD flower with butter.
Put it in a bowl and use a spoon to mix them, making sure that each piece is covered with butter. They should be completely covered, but not soaked, too much butter will inhibit the release of CBD. So follow this step in the CBD tea recipe.
Note: If you want strong CBD flower tea, it is necessary to extract the CBD from the plant. Since CBD is not soluble in water alone, a fatty substance is needed to adhere to high temperatures. The combination of hot water at high temperature with the butterfat extracts the CBD from the flower, allowing you to ingest it better.
Empty a tea bag and fill it with a mixture of butter and CBD.
Use scissors to cut the bag and empty its contents. With a spoon, put the crushed CBD flower in the bag and fold it several times to prevent it from leaking.
If you have a tea infuser, you can use it instead of the bag.
An alternative is to use a coffee filter. Put some CBD flower in the filter and tie them together to form a small bag.
