Ingredients (1 SERVING)

  • A ⅓-½ cup of milk/vegetable milk
  • 150 g oat flakes
  • Blueberries, blackberries, raisins, etc.
  • Almonds, walnuts, etc. according to your taste


  • Container and its lid


  1. Pour your oats into the container and then the milk of your choice. Add the fruit of your choice, about 30-40 grams.
  2. Add your usual dose of oil to the CBD.
