- 225 grams of cannabis at home
- 28 grams of concentrates
- 2 kilos of edibles
- 6 flowering plants and 6 growing plants
Patients can consume cannabis wherever tobacco is permissible .Also, edibles can be consumed in any location except federal properties.
After some regulatory developments. new rules on medical cannabis came into force last month in the state. including requirements for tracking seeds for sale, rules prohibiting doctors from issuing recommendations in a dispensary. Also, rules prohibiting municipalities from banning the trade in medical cannabis and wording allowing patients to own a firearm.
