CBD ( Cannabidiol) is now found under many possible applications: sublingual oil, capsules, e-liquids, creams, etc…. Faced with the wealth of information offered by brands and the total absence of any reference in terms of use , many users discovering CBD are lost in its use.

First, we will explain how to successfully understand the indications of your CBD products. In a second step, we will propose two techniques for using CBD adapted to your needs.

Each CBD product has a Percentage of CBD on its label, which causes many problems for its users.

To make it simple, you have to start with a 10 ml bottle:

For a 4% CBD oil, 400 mg of CBD is found in 10 ml of oil. For a bottle of 4% oil in 30ml, we can, therefore, find 3 times 400 mg of CBD, or 1200 mg.

For a 10% CBD oil, 1000 mg of CBD is found in 10 ml of oil. For a bottle of 10% oil in 30ml, we can, therefore, find 3 times 1000 mg of CBD or 3000 mg.

For capsules, this will depend on the weight of the capsule: the percentage indicates the weight of the CBD in this capsule.

This table provides a better understanding:

% 2% 3% 4% 5% 6% 7% 8% 9% 10% 15% 20% 25% 30%
per 10 ml mg 200 300 400 500 600 700 800 900 1000 1500 2000 2500 3000
1 drop /mg 1 1.5 2 2.5 3 3.5 4 4.5 5 7.5 10 12.5 15

It is important to note that in countries using CBD via the medical profession, and also in many studies, the amount of CBD required for a person is calculated according to body weight: X mg of CBD per day, per kilogram of body weight.

Example: a 70 kg person with a dosage of 2 mg CBD /day/kg BW must provide his body with 2 * 70 CBD per day, or 140 mg.

Thus, we can already underline the fact that the necessary contribution to each person is a function of their body weight. Then, we can mention other parameters that come into play:

Pathology: why the user wants to bring CBD to his body (this can range from simple relaxation and soothing research too much heavier and more complicated pathologies).

Treatments: the more or less long-standing use of other analgesics or drugs can create significant tolerance to CBD

Tolerance: Faced with a regular cannabis user, his tolerance to cannabinoids being increased and his receptors to saturated cannabinoids, it will necessarily be necessary to increase the intake of CBD compared to a normal person.

In the absence of medical advice, many people use CBD without really defining a protocol for use and an estimate of CBD intake, which is the basis of any protocol aimed at achieving desired beneficial effects.

Thus, we advise you, like most suppliers, to start with minimal doses of CBD, bringing them to your body at 2 hours intervals from any other intake (in order to avoid drug interactions).

In addition, this daily intake must be divided into 3 intakes (morning, noon and evening) in order to benefit from a continuous distribution.

Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /home/mailmach/ on line 80
