Some people are still confused about the Delta (∆) 8 THC. Delta (∆) 8 THC, which is an isomer oxide derived from the Delta (∆) 9 THC. It generates psychometry almost similar to that of Delta-9 THC. Therefore, Δ-8  is not subject to control by federal law.

Although Delta-8  contains tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the percentage is lower (approximately 0.1%). Therefore, it is not subject to a direct legal requirement of this type. Therefore, it is legal at the federal level and can be legally consumed by 40 states in the United States.
